Otterlo is a wonderfully green and hospitable village. It is close to the National Park the Hoge Veluwe and offers tasty eateries and fun cultural excursions. There are also various cycling and hiking routes from your vacation home in Otterlo.

At our vacation homes we offer various activities for children. For example, we have a petting zoo, a playground and within walking distance there is swimming opportunity.

There are fun outings for the adults, too. For example, you can hike or bike across the beautiful National Park De Hoge Veluwe or visit the Krüller Müller Museum, known for its large Van Gogh collection.

Our second time here, and once again enjoyed the quiet park and private garden. The cottage was also again completely satisfactory. Everything you want nearby within walking and biking distance. – Daphne

At the vacation homes Otterlo we have many facilities for the children. At the petting zoo the children can help our zookeeper feed the animals and at the playground they can expend all their energy. And of course they can ride our pony Neil.

For children with disabilities, De Roek has many opportunities, but the main thing is the tranquility of nature. The children experience few stimuli and so can completely relax with the animals and near the water they can play.

It was great again in our vacation cottage (Tawny Owl). The location, the peace, and the fun of the children (in the sandbox, playground and together with the animals) has ensured that we have had a wonderful vacation. – Ruud Zechner
